Poor service
Apon querying a double billing, the manager firmly indicated: the customer is NOT always right. No investigation, no checking...then I realized it’s his daughter behind the till and he is not interested in my case at all. He replied that the bank must sort out my problem. It’s not his problem. Poor service.
