DEBT COLLECTION

I have signed up a debit order with the Company i settled both of my accounts and i send proof of payments and i called them to confirm if the debit orders where cancelled they said YES...Know they debit my money leaving me penniless this time of the year.They have been promising to call but they do up and downs now they never called i have been waiting and waiting still no refund yet.
