I had loans owed with Blink. and in September 2024 after was sorted with my employment issues. I personally called to settle the account. I was given the amount outstanding for any amount owed to Blink, they referred to to the legal department where the account was handed over. They gave the amount, I requested discount to settle they happilty did so. The next day after the settlemet agreement I paid the money and send the proof of payment. Today out of the wood works I get the call that I owe Blink and have to arrange payment. I paid everything and if there is by any change the amount that I woe them i dont know about it and only now after how many years they come up with the story. I request that they solve this with their legal department because I refuse to be bul**** by any of them just to **** out more money from me

TRIPLE ADVANCED FINANCE /TADFIN
The matter started in June 2023 when I noticed Triple Advanced on my credit report awing them about ±R22 000.00. I googled and found the contact details. I emailed them to as about this and they told me they cant find my details on their system. They then removed the account on my credit report and the account was marked paid up although I never even had the loan. Again, I checked my credit report on 05/12/2023 and found out that there is another Triple Advance Investment in the sum of R29 000.00 taken on 01/12/2023. I sent them an email to ask about this. This morning 06/12/2023 a Carmen Martin sent me a statement which is not clear showing loan invoice. It slipped their minds that they also need to provide me with the deposit proof of the payment of R29 000.00. This is damaging my credibility and it seems as if they don't care. I'm very angry with this. They should have their facts straight before doing things like this. Keeping in mind that I NEVER even tried to make any loan from this company ever. SOMEONE IN THIS COMPANY IS BUSY WITH A FUNNY BUSINESS.

Incompetence and Lack of Customer Satisfaction
I have been struggling to get proof of payment from them showing my account has been paid up and all I get is the run around from them claiming that only once they have paid it over to their client I can get my refund from the actual client because now I have paid the account twice. I am due a refund of R2,936.61 from Finance27 and between them and Triple Advanced Investments I am disgusted by the lack of communication. I tried to get my statement showing that I paid the account and now I have to wait a week because they first have to pay the money over and I have other obligations. They are quick to deduct money but when you need assistance you are met by sheer incompetence. I would give -2936 stars if I could.

****ED UP COMPANY
This guys collect monies on behalf of companies, however they don't pay it to the relevant company that one owes, they working with GVDM Attorneys, their communication is pathetic and they are unprofessional robbers , just fraudsters. I'm warning all South Africans to stay away from them rather you pay the company you owe directly than through this guys it's a ****ed up company

This guys collect monies on behalf of companies, however they don't pay it to the relevant company that one owes, they working with GVDM Attorneys, their communication is pathetic and they are unprofessional robbers , just fraudsters. I'm warning all South Africans to stay away from them rather you pay the company you owe directly than through this guys it's a ****ed up company

DEBT COLLECTION
I have signed up a debit order with the Company i settled both of my accounts and i send proof of payments and i called them to confirm if the debit orders where cancelled they said YES...Know they debit my money leaving me penniless this time of the year.They have been promising to call but they do up and downs now they never called i have been waiting and waiting still no refund yet.

Pay over not allocated
I made full agreement payment but still they have not paid over to the company I was owing and I have to get a paid up letter. I was told this will be sorted on the 7th to 20th but still the company in question has not had any funds paid to them, am so bored at the fact that the payment you guys where on my back. I just get bored with these collection companies and how they do things, right now you guys do not respond to my emails or communicate

Pay over not allocated
I made full agreement payment but still they have not paid over to the company I was owing and I have to get a paid up letter. I was told this will be sorted on the 7th to 20th but still the company in question has not had any funds paid to them, am so bored at the fact that the payment you guys where on my back.
