Monday at Hatfield branch - Went to withdraw funds from my investment , was told by Joy from Investment department to wait for the uncleared debit orders to be cleared which were done by Thursday - called in spoke to Lucia , who then advised that Joy will contact me and assist further . Still waiting for the call. Makes sense why you guys want to merge with Postbank - bad customer service.
I signed up for Supersonic LTE and it’s been a nightmare. From the day I received the SIM and router, I had no internet connection for 5 days straight. I logged a cancellation during their 7-day cooling-off period and they’ve completely ignored me—no response, no support, no action. To make matters worse, they took R184.16 from my account after the cancellation request, in addition to the R519 I paid upfront. This is pure theft and ********* business practice.
Worst experience ever , been waiting for feedback about a ***** case since 06/06/2025 after been told I will get feedback after 5 working days. So basically our money is not really safe In their accounts. Yoh !
DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT sign up with these service provider if you VALUE your money and your productivity, your business and work will suffer when you use this provider and their CLASSIC excuse is "National Outage", another thing is that the speed you pay for is not what you get , just false advertising and inflated pricing. Please value your money , businesses and work by considering reliable service providers. The good reviews are for people who just signed up , don't be fooled
Opened an account with you guys for my salaries jiki jiki , i can't register on the app went back to the same branch , the dude is clueless he kept on asking the same question "what is your cellphone number" , so meaning ya'll don't know what you doing vele ?

Discovery bank doesn't care about their "clients". they claim to be the number 1 bank but it's a totally different ball game when you start banking with them . from the card delivery to handling of queries and complaints they are number 1 at no doing anything about it. been waiting for a call for like 5 days from their so called ***** department to get, calling them is a nightmare because you spend about 30 minutes on their line and get through a consultant who "just works there" .
Discovery i would like to close my account with you guys with immediate effect, I have a *****ulent transaction on my account which is in a pending status , i am told you can't do anything about it . So as my bank you can't even safeguard my money and i tried calling your ***** department for like 5 times no answer like how you going to take 2000 years to reply to this review and please don't review if you gonna tell me the same thing . Since I've opened an account with these guys all I have is an account number and no card which they put in the hands of the glorious DSV couriers which never delivers at all , no calls from them nothing now I have to incur transfer charges because of them , it shows there's no regard for customers in as much as their Ads are all over the place like some supermarket , they don't care about their customers at all .
Unfair practice, after I couldn't make my first payment towards my arrangements due to personal reasons I received an SMS stating I will be garnished or I need to call them to "avoid" it , only to be told I need to make payment by end of the day or else.
