My husband just opened a discovery bank account. He received a payout from a betting winnings, now discovery just blocked his account. I regret recommending discovery to him. Terrible banking system.
Betway has just removed my previous review after trying to demonstrate that they don’t want people to withdraw money this when you withdraw they come up with way to say there was an error with your withdrawal as an excuse to send the money back into the betting account so you can use it all. We withdrew money yesterday, today we are told we made an error with the account details although the account details are correct. We are told it will take 24-78 hours for the money to come back, this is the last time I use this gabbage of an app
Betway SA is a ****, withdrawing large amount comes with a lot of stress. My husband just tried to withdraw money yesterday, they say withdrawal failed due to incorrect bank account when the account is correct, and confirmed. Now they say we have to wait to 24 hours for the money to be reversed back into the Betway account. They don’t want people to withdraw their money.
Good day. My account has been put on hold by Capitec after I was transferred money that was supposed to be used urgently for personal reasons. Today is day 2 after sending the documents the account is still on hold , why does Capitec has to mess with peoples lives for choosing to bank with them? Someone’s life might be at risk due to this delay. The case number is 03053294, I am frustrated typing this as we need this money for someone’s medical cause,
I have been having a problem with ABSA, I have a vehicle finance with them which was in arrears. I was told that i have to make sure it was up to date in order to have online access to the account, apparently i need to have an active bank account to have online access to my vehicle finance statements, if not i have to request from them. This is really frustrating, i am out of the country and would like to see what i am paying for, but i am told i need to visit the bank to get online access.
I have been waiting for feedback regarding my funds that did not reflect on my capitec account. To this day they haven’t called me. I just received an sms saying they are closing my case if I don’t call, they don’t even pick up calls when i call. I am disgusted by this bank. It’s a **** nje
I have sent money from my international account to my capitec account, it has been morethan 7 working days, i still haven’t received anything. This is annoying, normally it takes 3 working days.
I have been unable to access my absa vehicle finance account for morethan 4 months now. I can’t even see what i am paying for. I am currently out of the country and have been requesting absa to help me access my account without success. I’m starting to hate this bank might as well just let everything be and they take their damn vehicle.
Good Day, It has been almost over a month now since i made international transfers that never reflected to the destined accounts. I have been in contact with Nedbank Global Trade for the past few weeks regarding this issue, but to this day I have no idea what happened to my funds. I have submitted a recall two weeks ago, still i am not getting any feedback regarding the recall. What am I supposed to do in this situation? An amount of more than R36000 has disappeared into thin air and no one is saying anything.
Betway is always faster when it comes to processing withdrawals. Today it’s taking longer than usual.
