Harassment and incompetence
After sales service disgusting.. They call and harass you for new installations but can't conclude the transfer of units from sold cars and still debit funds... Cs agent argue ask for details multiple times and still have the action open..

Chicken and deep fried roach
I bought a chicken salad last night from Mac Donald's La Lucia disgusted is an understatement. I got a chicken and deep fried ****roach salad instead. I sent pics and my order number through to the manager on shift last night this morning I get a call from manager on shift to ask for the product which I would have gladly handed over last night or kept but after vomiting disposed of it I get a call this morning after 2 eishes from the day manager nothing

Disgusting service
I would suggest never to join this company getting on is a pleasure getting off is a nightmare.. noxolo is the lady that I am dealing with her idea of customer service is disgusting I called in this morning call cut prior to the end of the conversation and when I called her back thirty seconds later I get told she's on tea .. no support is given they will quote the text book jargon however like a one size fits all

Pathetic service delivery
Pathetic after sales service and I feel ****med. Signing up was an absolute pleasure once they received my money they revealed who they are. It's been months and nothing has happened they send automatic replies to watsup and no replies to emails. *****ulent company
