Pay over not allocated

I made full agreement payment but still they have not paid over to the company I was owing and I have to get a paid up letter.

I was told this will be sorted on the 7th to 20th but still the company in question has not had any funds paid to them, am so bored at the fact that the payment you guys where on my back.

I just get bored with these collection companies and how they do things, right now you guys do not respond to my emails or communicate
