Useless
They said their going to deliver today before 5pm but it is already 5:30 We get debited before orders come but you knock off early at work to go wait for delivery but you find that it gets delivered on their own time. It's almost evening and my order is not yet here, what must I do knock off early again, the confirmation was send in the morning at 6am that delivery will come through today before 5pm but nothing still. Very disappointed and was my first time ordering.

Umbrella fund
I am so bored regarding my Provident fund of which I left the company on the 14th of April but they have not released my funds till this day, the company works with Provident fund but their not willing to give me my money. I need my money paid to me ASAP we going into a month now and fund takes 2 weeks to be released to me. I need someone higher to escalate this matter

Uif claim
I have app**** online and my status still sitting on assessor, I really need my funds, 2021 I app**** and ended up working without you guys paying me.. Can you guys hire more stuff so claims can push we are suffering and not getting any income.. I need my claim to be processed ASAP before I lose my place of sleep.

I app**** for my Provident fund online 2021 and never received my funds till I got a job again, I've recently been dismissed from work and app**** last month and submitted documents but no communication from this company that is looking after government unemployment fund...I have worked for the company before and they never get things done, I tried writing to management Rebecca and Aubrey an cc HR Ambi*** none of them escalated my claim or gave me feedback.. I need my funds before I start another job cause currently don't have any income. Alteram just pay and process our funds stop being lazy

Pay over not allocated
I made full agreement payment but still they have not paid over to the company I was owing and I have to get a paid up letter. I was told this will be sorted on the 7th to 20th but still the company in question has not had any funds paid to them, am so bored at the fact that the payment you guys where on my back. I just get bored with these collection companies and how they do things, right now you guys do not respond to my emails or communicate

Removal of listing
I have an account reflecting in my credit report under clear score, the company that listed me gave me a confirmation letter to state that am not in their records and this might have been a mistake made by them, they can't assist but to contact Experian. It has been two month since I submitted my ID,proof of address and Confirmation letter for the listing to be removed but till date I have not yet being assisted. My credit is ruined by this tried ombudsman as well but hit a brick wall, Can I be assisted by this as I need that listing removed it is affecting my credit score. Please I also want to have a good credit so can get my life going.
