I received appalling service from an agent named "Zenzi" who upon requesting supporting documents from me then decided to send me a disrespectful email in response to me sending my supporting documents that I "was not doing what he/she told me to do" which is to send it from my work email address. There was no such request and I will not deal with such a rude service agent again.
I was due a refund of R2936.61 and first the consultant told me I would receive it on 08/03/23, I followed up on 10/03/23 and she said the refund had been processed to a STANDARD BANK account meanwhile I bank with CAPITEC. They then refunded me with R2597.81 on 10/03/23 and I emailed on 13/03/23 to find out why I haven't received the full amount and have yet to receive a response, R338.80 is not small change to me or in this economy. They are unprofessional, incompetent and I would recommend everyone to stay far away from them.
My account was handed over to Triple Advanced Investments in January 2023, I paid them directly by 2 February 2032 and requested settlement statement/letter. My emails were ignored. Eventually the TADI debit order went off 27 February 2023 and now I am being told that only once the payment reflects on Finance27 side from TADI only then can I get my refund from them. This is disgusting because I paid it in full TWICE and now I have to wait until Triple Advanced Investments eventually pays it over.
I have been struggling to get proof of payment from them showing my account has been paid up and all I get is the run around from them claiming that only once they have paid it over to their client I can get my refund from the actual client because now I have paid the account twice. I am due a refund of R2,936.61 from Finance27 and between them and Triple Advanced Investments I am disgusted by the lack of communication. I tried to get my statement showing that I paid the account and now I have to wait a week because they first have to pay the money over and I have other obligations. They are quick to deduct money but when you need assistance you are met by sheer incompetence. I would give -2936 stars if I could.
