I booked tickets more than a month in advance. For my Wife, daughter (5 months old) and myself. I mailed them re these tickets +- a week before boarding. On arrival at airport, the airline said Tripsta never issued my daughter's ticket. I called Tripsta on the spot and they said, sorry they cant help as its 2 hours before the flight!!
They could not give me any contact person their side to help me further deal with this. they simply passed the buck after making me pay 2.5k for a 5 month old's plain ticket?! I was on that airport for 4 1/2 hours with an infant, seeing literally the whole line dissapear infront of me. I have not heard a word or email form them to even ask if I managed to get on the flight. Not even a SMS.
I find it ridiculous that TRIPSTA is even allowed to operate as a travel agent. It's a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT EVER USE TRIPSTA.
