Great Service thank you

On behalf of my family I would like to pass my deep gratitude to the team at Triskyl, more especially to Marie Landman. Since we came to stay in Heidelberg she went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. When ever we were not satisfied with anything she would quickly assist and if anything breaks she would make sure that it gets fixed as soon as possible. The last one that brought me to my knees is the last day of our stay the was an issue with the electricity meter we couldn't purchase electricity. We thought that it was the Municipality issue... My wife notified Marie, as usual she waved her magic wand and the problem was solved
