Disappointing Service

How is it possible that in the entirety of South Africa there isn't a single second hand bike that you can give out as a loan bike? My Tiger 800 XC has now been broken for a week and with your dealership in Centurion and they can't tell me how long it's going to take to fix it and neither can they provide me with and alternative bike while mine is in the shop? And on that note how can a fork selector break in 24000km? Is that poor design or just shoddy workmanship? I am very disappointed in Triump and will never buy another one in my life as the after sale service is pathetic to say the least.

While I'm at it, why do I have to keep calling you? Why do I have to drive over to the dealership to lick your asses to provide me with feedback on my bike? Is this company run by 12 year old's? I am highly irate and will not be doing business with you ever again as the way that you treat your customers is absolutely pathetic, get your **** together
