The experience has been the single worst thing that I have ever had the misfortune of having to go through, at this point I would rather die of paper cuts to my eye***** than ever wanting to see this backwards ass website again. The card message system is abysmal, you cannot use the card you picked when making up the order and you can't pick anything else either so then you're stuck having to remove the card from your cart, only to be informed later that you haven't picked a card and would you like to. At this point I got slightly frustrated. I had to remove 2 cakes from my order because although they said that they deliver to the area I want to deliver that these cakes were out of stock at the store. At this point I questioned a lot of decisions I had made in my life, including the decisions to have friends and if I should send them anything for their birthday The website then proceeded to crash on me 3 times, it was at this point that I questioned basically everything I thought I knew about retail. How can you charge me the amount that you are and then provide me with a service so bad that I would rather walk from Utrecht to Pretoria to hand deliver the flowers I intended to buy for my loved ones? I am absolutely astonished that you provide something as bad as this, and the worst part is that you probably won't do anything about it because why would you care about your customer if you're still making money? I hope you fix this because it is atrocious P.S. If I see "Oops! Harold broke it!" one more time, I might just burst a vein in my eye, it's not funny when your server falls over, it's embarrassing, don't make a joke about it, fix the problem!
I have been trying to cancel my King Price policy for about 2 weeks now and Insurance Supermarket as the broker has been making this extremely difficult by not being forth coming and in fact lying to me on a recorded call by telling me that any insurance policy for a vehicle should be in the financed person's name and can't be part of a separate policy. This is condescending and aggravates me even more with this whole process. Another problem I have is that I did not ask for his financial advise on any occasion but he insisted on giving it to me and continuously talking over me and not allowing me sufficient time to talk and explain to him why I'm not interested in maintaining the policy. Finally the broker explicitly told King Price that I will be keeping my policy even though I told him that I am not keeping the policy active so he lied to me and lied to them and at the end of the day I'm the one paying for his dishonesty, I am very close to taking this further and getting my lawyers involved as I feel that openly lying to a client is unacceptable and then furthermore lying to King Price with regards to the status of my policy is unethical and costs me money not Insurance Supermarket. Can someone please assist me with cancelling my policy as soon as possible?
How is it possible that in the entirety of South Africa there isn't a single second hand bike that you can give out as a loan bike? My Tiger 800 XC has now been broken for a week and with your dealership in Centurion and they can't tell me how long it's going to take to fix it and neither can they provide me with and alternative bike while mine is in the shop? And on that note how can a fork selector break in 24000km? Is that poor design or just shoddy workmanship? I am very disappointed in Triump and will never buy another one in my life as the after sale service is pathetic to say the least. While I'm at it, why do I have to keep calling you? Why do I have to drive over to the dealership to lick your asses to provide me with feedback on my bike? Is this company run by 12 year old's? I am highly irate and will not be doing business with you ever again as the way that you treat your customers is absolutely pathetic, get your **** together
