Hotel booking with Trivago

I booked a hotel room at the Premier Hotel ICC in East London via a weekend special on Trivago. It was supposed to be a standard room with 2 double beds. However when we got there, I was told that standard rooms did not come with 2 double beds. I had to book an additional room for R1050. It's been a month now and the issue has not been resolved. Really poor service from Trivago
