Mavic Panel beaters Arrogance

Hello Peter, I had an accident in December and took my vehicle to Marvic Panel Beaters in Richard's Bay under Alexander Forbes insurance.The vehicle was fixed after 2 months but my central locking came back not working, overspray on the bonnet, loose mudflaps, scratches on the door after replacing stickers. After going to them 2 times,i went there today for the third time, they say they don't have a courtesy car to give me and totally refused to tell me how long it will take to repair these things because i had no other vehicle to use. An urgument came up and now they have totally refused to fix my vehicle and told me to take my vehicle away he will not do anything on it. Insurance has paid in full but my services render to me mediocre and them being arrogant to me. Please help Peter
