4-5 weeks later and still haven’t gotten my car back,
My car went for repairs 4 weeks ago to replace two doors .The doors were pre ordered before the car went in. at each and every turn I was kept in the dark ,1st two weeks they refused to give me an turn around time. I Constantly get battery disconnection notification from Tracker(I still don't get their explanation for this). Weeks go by and I got a request to buy fuel as the fuel as the car ran out. Collection was supposed to be 05/04/2024 but its moved up daily due to delays that I have to phone the panel beater or hear from Miway to get updates. I haven’t seen the work done by Trojan panel beaters workshop by if its anything like their other departments I’m not holding my breath. At this point I just want my car back and pay my car instalment for something that I know I am using and not a guard running errands on a Sunday with my car.

Great service and workmanship
King Price nominated Trojan panelbeaters when I got into my very first major accident. From the second they where nominated I got sms feedback on each step on fixing car, everyday I knew what was happening with my car. I had told them I only had my rental car for a month and they ensured my car was sorted within 2.5 weeks and got my car delivered to my work place. I never wish accidents on anyone, but if ever you are in a situation, they are definitely the place to go to. My baby is back and better than before.

Great service and workmanship

I had told them I only had my rental car for a month and they ensured my car was sorted within 2.5 weeks and got my car delivered to my work place. Disappointing service. Treated like nonsense because I was a private client.
I repaired my polo with them and was happy enough to write a 5 star review before. Yesterday I return with my bmw and I’m at the gate and I had to speak to a speaker. I was asked which insurance company I was from and I said it was a private job and it’s like I was almost turned away in the most diplomatic way imaginable. I wasn’t even able to go into the building and instead I was told to return with R450 cash so they can quote me. I don’t know, I feel like if they only work with insurances and only want to treat insurance customers good then they should put up a sign or let people know that they need R450 just for a quote. At least allow someone into the building to speak to someone. Highly disappointed especially as a returning customer. Wasted my petrol money and time trying to go there yesterday.

Exceptional workmanship
I would like to thank Trojan Panelbeaters for friendly service and the amazing perfectionist work they have done on my Honda Accord, i would definitely recommend them to all. I expected great work, but i did not expect exceptional work, well done, wish you guys lots of business in the future. Cant believe how impressed i am....

Mavic Panel beaters Arrogance
Hello Peter, I had an accident in December and took my vehicle to Marvic Panel Beaters in Richard's Bay under Alexander Forbes insurance.The vehicle was fixed after 2 months but my central locking came back not working, overspray on the bonnet, loose mudflaps, scratches on the door after replacing stickers. After going to them 2 times,i went there today for the third time, they say they don't have a courtesy car to give me and totally refused to tell me how long it will take to repair these things because i had no other vehicle to use. An urgument came up and now they have totally refused to fix my vehicle and told me to take my vehicle away he will not do anything on it. Insurance has paid in full but my services render to me mediocre and them being arrogant to me. Please help Peter

Trojan Panel beaters - well done.
MiWay selected Trojan Panel beaters to repair my vehicle that was sandwiched between a taxi and an obnoxious bakkie. From the beginning, Trojan let me know what was happening with the vehicle and how long it would take. The timing changed quite a bit, but being kept updated made the irritation much less. They are professional, helpful and efficient. Well done, Trojan Panelbeaters

Quick yet amazing
<p>Amazing service from the mentioned business. Work was quick yet so efficient. You'll never say that my car was in am accident. Plus it's black..Took only two days to do work to my car yet the quality is amazing and professional. Paintwork even looks like the texture of a new car. Whatever they're doing there is magic. I was skeptical at first but I'm super satisfied with the work. A huge thanx to Ann, Zenith, Tracey and the drivers for making sure I was looked after. </p> <p> </p> <p>They even worked on a few AMG SUVs a Ferrari and a Porsche, so this isn't a backyard ****py place. State of the art all the way. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hope their boss recognizes his workers with more than a thank you as they make this place magic.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
