We decided to buy a house at Aan De Wijnlanden in Eerste Rivier. Not knowing much, Brick N Board was assigned to build our house. I will say, the experience was nothing short of terrible and I hope that any future buyers ask if they have options of other builders because there have been at least 5 other home owners with similar issues (and they are the ones who reach out to me). From basics like walls not being painted properly, right down to walls being built completely skew it’s just been terrible. My cupbards were R167 000 and by the time I lived in the house the wood was swelling, the stairs cupboard wasn’t completed and no effort has been made to fix my issues. My windows are leaking and almost all my sliding doors haven’t been sealed. It’s just too much to type here. All I will say is, stay away. If you buy, make sure that Brick N Board are not building your house because you will regret like all the other new home owners
I repaired my polo with them and was happy enough to write a 5 star review before. Yesterday I return with my bmw and I’m at the gate and I had to speak to a speaker. I was asked which insurance company I was from and I said it was a private job and it’s like I was almost turned away in the most diplomatic way imaginable. I wasn’t even able to go into the building and instead I was told to return with R450 cash so they can quote me. I don’t know, I feel like if they only work with insurances and only want to treat insurance customers good then they should put up a sign or let people know that they need R450 just for a quote. At least allow someone into the building to speak to someone. Highly disappointed especially as a returning customer. Wasted my petrol money and time trying to go there yesterday.
FNB Private Banking is a ripoff to be honest. I work abroad and struggle to manage my own banking while out of SA and switched over to FNB Private Clients. I was assigned a banker named Xolani Magubane. Firstly, don't believe the 24/7 story they sell you I wait forever to get a reply to my emails. I might as well just get into the car and stand in a line it would be less of an inconvenience. I requested that one of my cards be cancelled and somehow my "Private banker" managed to close the wrong card. I tried communicating this with him yet I got no reply and now I probably will be charged to rectify his mistake. At about 4800 per annum, it's genuinely not worth having someone who can't even handle one simple task done and I'd rather take my business elsewhere. I've convinced my 3 family members to do the same its not worth it
I had a policy with Miyway for about 5 years. In the time I had a single claim and it was effortless. Sadly had to cancel due to leaving to country. The cancellation process was easy and a young lady by the name of Lehlohonolo assisted me in the most amazing way. Her kind nature made me feel like a client even though I was cancelling. If I return to SA I will make sure I return to Miway. Thanks Lehlohonolo.

Amazing service from the mentioned business. Work was quick yet so efficient. You'll never say that my car was in am accident. Plus it's black..Took only two days to do work to my car yet the quality is amazing and professional. Paintwork even looks like the texture of a new car. Whatever they're doing there is magic. I was skeptical at first but I'm super satisfied with the work. A huge thanx to Ann, Zenith, Tracey and the drivers for making sure I was looked after.

They even worked on a few AMG SUVs a Ferrari and a Porsche, so this isn't a backyard ****py place. State of the art all the way.

Hope their boss recognizes his workers with more than a thank you as they make this place magic.
