You consultants are always kind
You consultants are always kind. I do however feel that being a loyal customer for almost 9 years.. the premiums I pay is literally just for comprehensive and hail damage.. I tried to put a claim in for scratch and dent only to be told that I do not have the cover but can claim through accidental however if the damage is below my access amount it would not be covered and I would have to pay for the damage out of my pocket. I have never had any hassels regarding my claims in the past.. but am dissapointed that I pay so much for so little

Such amazing work, a moment of "never been touched" can not believe the results, a job well done. Thank you Chris for the constant updates and quick service. I am pleased with the outcome.

Life insurance
this is the worst company to deal with... i have had my insurance for well over 5 years and realized I was due for a cash back just for some consultant to tell me that i have not opted for the plan!!!!!!!!!!! who does that! when this was obviously sold as one of the benefits on the life insurance.. you get no communication on your policy no contact what so ever!!!!!!!!
