Is this what our country is becoming.. All promises no service. My husband contacted Rock again on 08/06/2015 and then the excuse was the truck broke down. Funny he could not even contact us and make alternative arrangements. Once again he promised my husband that he will contact me immediately and make arrangements.<br> If you have a business or work for a business is customer relations not one of the important part of a business. Customers can make or break you. In this instance, I would like to warn all NOT to use this business ever.<br> <br> There are no pride, honour or Integrity
