I have been having problems with my Internet speed that should be 250mbs but runs on an average of download ±50mbs and upload ± 15mbs. I work from home and is totally dependent on steady internet. I am losing customers because I am battling so much. I have been on Afrihost WA group several times the last of couple of months, I have sent emails alas the problem still persists. I had no option but cancel Afrihost as my Service Provider, only to see that they want to cancel my service 01/11/2023. I cannot wait until then and lose more clients. Afrihost used to be excellent, now they are unresponsive to emails, expecting me to do their technicians jobs. I am so fed up, yet the deduct R1136 off my account religiously every month, without the benefit of proper service or speed. I want my contract immediately suspended so that I can make use of another Service Provider that is prepared to come to my house and assist if there are any problems. I also want a refund on all the months that I have not received 250mbs up- and download speed. Afrihost, you service have declined drastically and if this is the way that you treat your customers without responding or assisting properly, you are going to lose more clients.
Once again, poorest service from Telkom. We logged a call for the Internet that is down. ADSL line is faulty. Our Internet service provider logged a call on 18/12/2020. Ref AH20201218-511473. By Monday, we still had no feedback from Telkom. I have tried via SMS to contact them on numerous occasions. Service Provider escalated the fault logged on 20/12/2020 Ref no: 112ANK181220. This morning I contacted Telkom directly, just to to hear that this call is in the process to be sent for testing, it is not even with the technicians yet. Telkom's SLA with my Internet Service Provider is 48 hours. Telkom you service is appalling, I cannot wait for fibre in our area, just so that I never have to deal with Telkom ever again. Your call centre personnel, is not helpful or friendly, you service is non existent!! How long do I still have to wait before something happens??? As you can see on previous reviews this is not the first time that I have experienced such appalling, inept, non existing service!
We have cancelled the Uncapped Telkom Internet service approx. 3 week ago. We changed to a different service provider due to Telkom's poor service and arrogant technicians. It is 3 weeks now and all that had to happen is the line should be put in the holding pool. Nothing has happened. I contacted Telkom and there was a 12 hour escalation period, nothing happened. We have lodged a complaint with Telkom nothing happened!! I contacted Telkom again, then the story changed that I have to wait up to 21 days for the cancellation and line to be put in the holding pool. Really?? I insisted that the supervusor contact me, nothing happened. Today, the call will be escalated again. The excuse, it "is stuck in the system"!!! Do the Telkom staff think we are idiots??? Again a promise that the call will be escalated and again a promise that the manager will contact me, but they don't know when. Three weeks losing business!!!! Is Telkom going to reimburse me for revenue lost. Or the cost of every cellphone that costs R2.85 per minute!!!! I want this resolved by competent personnel!!!!
I closed my account with Metsimaholo municipality in July 2017. We sold out house. There is an amount of approximately R2752.57 owed to me. I have been phoning cinstantle speaking to several employees of Metsimaholo Municipality to initiate the refund. The next thing I receuve an account where services are deducted off my credit. We di not even live in the area anymore. Once again I phoned, sent emails regarding these services deducted, just to receive an email today that Metsimaholo only owes me R33.80. They need my banking details. How is it possible after all the calls I have made to sort out this issue, it is still not resolved!!! I am a disabled pensioner and they are stealing the food from my plate.
Is this what our country is becoming.. All promises no service. My husband contacted Rock again on 08/06/2015 and then the excuse was the truck broke down. Funny he could not even contact us and make alternative arrangements. Once again he promised my husband that he will contact me immediately and make arrangements.<br> If you have a business or work for a business is customer relations not one of the important part of a business. I contacted Standard Bank via email on 10/04/2015 to stop a payment on my Credit Card for an XBOX LIVE billing. I informed Standard Bank that this billing is incorrect. I have no XBOX nor will I ever have. I have sent numerous emails requesting the stop payment as well as called the Credit Card division, I have completed a dispute form. At one stage I received an email from Standard Bank that they are not responsible for this transaction and I must contact the Company. I have requested the stop payment, why should I contact the XBOX company. I would not even know where to get hold of them, are they XBOX or an affiliate of another company. The amount of R50 was deducted from my account once again on 04/06/2015. Why is it so difficult to just put a stop order or cancel this transaction altogether. I have lost money from April to June 2015, because of incompetence and poor service. I have indicated that Standard Bank should reimburse me with the amounts deducted because I have reported and cancelled this transaction numerous times. I also explained to the first line support that I had major brain surgery and cannot visit the bank at present. Still no cancellation!!
I enquired from Tropical Refrigeration if they could repair the fridge and Speed Queen. They arrived on 13/05/2015 and did the repairs including a warranty of 3 months on the parts, service and repairs. On 01/06/2015 I contacted Rock to report that the washing machine was doing the exact same thing that I requested his services originally. He advised that he will see me the afternoon for the necessary repairs, which did not materialised. I phoned again on 02/06/2015 and he advised me again he will see me the afternoon, no cigar. I contacted him on 03/06/2015 again and this time he promised he will be at my house the afternoon. I even sent a recording of the washing machines screeching sound. At this stage my husband contacted him with the same promises. Up to date we have not seen him at all. I paid the R2200.00 immediately and honoured my side of he contract. I think this transaction is fraudulent, unprofessional and poorest of service. I recommend, never make use of their service, you will have the same frustration as I have.
