TRSS technical team is proving to be beyond shocking. I have been having issues with the alarm panel installed by the technical team - which they installed a brand new system around the end of November 2024. First instance the technician that arrived at the premises had no idea why he was even sent to the property to check, which shows that no proper job card was given to him. Upon completion, the technician then decided to blame me for the faults with the keypad and when I told him the system is still under warranty and if it does it again, then I want it replaced with a new one His response was "no we wont do that". The system then started giving issues yet again and after demanding that it gets replaced, there was blatant disregard for my request and this was not done, instead they replaced only a PC Board. Not even 3 days later, the system is faulty yet again. I have been requesting that someone from a senior position contact me to discuss this, but it is yet another instance of blatant disregard for requests and no call received. Only after back & forth emails did the PR officer decide to call.
