TRSS technical team is proving to be beyond shocking. I have been having issues with the alarm panel installed by the technical team - which they installed a brand new system around the end of November 2024. First instance the technician that arrived at the premises had no idea why he was even sent to the property to check, which shows that no proper job card was given to him. Upon completion, the technician then decided to blame me for the faults with the keypad and when I told him the system is still under warranty and if it does it again, then I want it replaced with a new one His response was "no we wont do that". The system then started giving issues yet again and after demanding that it gets replaced, there was blatant disregard for my request and this was not done, instead they replaced only a PC Board. Not even 3 days later, the system is faulty yet again. I have been requesting that someone from a senior position contact me to discuss this, but it is yet another instance of blatant disregard for requests and no call received. Only after back & forth emails did the PR officer decide to call.
Shocking service from Sequ-Door with the clear view bars installation. Windows got fitted 27 May '24 and now 12 June '24, I am still waiting for them to install the clear security bars. First set of clear bars arrived in a shocking state & looked they had been cut with a hack saw blade & clearly no quality control taking place and now still no sign of the clear bars getting installed - only excuses, even though they agreed that this would be done within 3 to 4 days after window installation. One would expect that the installation side of the business would be handled in the same manner as the sales side - cannot find any fault with sales and them closing a deal. 2 and a half weeks with no security products is rather unacceptable as Sequ-Door have had all the relevant measurements on hand to ensure that they deliver on what was agreed upon. If you are going to make use of this company, make sure that they can deliver on what has been agreed upon and that they have the products on hand prior to having the windows installed.
How disgusting to find that the security and resort management have zero regard for wildlife and shoot at them with paint ball guns. Accident waiting to happen with a stray paint ball hitting a child. Insane how this can even be condoned.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service level received to date regarding the below mail. Leon Raman sent me a text message this morning "Good morning mr cloete trust you well i saw the email you sent to me and it sent to kaitlyn aswell you will receive a call from head office" and gues what as usual - no body could be bothered to pick up the phone to call me. We regretbly signed up for vacation club - or should I say was pushed to sign up under the false pretenses by the salesman Leon Raman around September/November 2022. We have been trying on numerous occasions since November 2022 to sort things out that were promised to us by Leon that is clearly evident he lied to us in order to make a sale, and it shows that is all sun international care about is making a sale. Despite numerous emails and attempts to resolve, no-one from head office even bothers to resolve or reply. Now we just get ignored on any and all attempts to contact anyone. Sales man once again, promises that head office will call to discuss - yet no body does. All sun international is worried about is making a sale and they have zero customer centricity. My advise to everyone is to be very careful and weary when approached by vacation club sales and don't beleive any of the stories and sales pitches they tell you. It's all lies. It's now time that I take all of this to social media for everybody to see and know what to expect from sun international as a whole. I am extremely disappointed that an establishment such as this conducts its operations in this manner. Rule 1 of hospitality - CUSTOMER IS KING AND IS ACTIALLY PAYING YOUR SALARY
Took a HP Envy laptop in for repairs to Ensure Services in December 2021 and upon calling in to find out the status of the repair got told that the laptop had been stolen from them. Zero official communication from them in this regard and if we didnt call in we wouldnt even know that the laptop is stolen. Since we found out the laptop has been stolen, we have received beyond shocking communication and feedback from them, they never respond to emails, never call you to discuss. We are still waiting feedback reagarding the replacemnet of the laptop stolen from then, refund for the repair fee already paid to them as well as refund for the booking fee. Issue has even been escalated to Ensure Services offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and still even from that side they DO NOT REPLY, clearly customer service lacks from all departments within their global company. I would not recommend this company to anyone to make use of and cannot understand how a company such as HP can use them as a preferred/recommended repair center. They are completely useless and shocking to deal with
