Trss admin office is terrible provide terrible service

TRSS reaction admin office Service is a Complete **** - DO NOT TRUST THEM!**

I am beyond furious with TRSS Service. They promised me a **free service**, but now they’re demanding money from me for something that was supposed to be free! When I asked what I’m paying for, they first claimed it was because the technician came multiple times, which is an outright lie – the technician came **once**.

When I dispute that, they change their story and say it’s because the technician came **after 15:00**. What kind of ridiculous excuse is that? They clearly have no consistency in their explanations.

Then, they tried to charge me for a device that was already fixed. When I questioned that, they suddenly said I only need to pay for the **service**, not the device. It’s all just a bunch of shifting stories to get money from me!

And now, to top it all off, **they’re threatening me with court orders** over a service I was promised would be free. Are you kidding me? This is beyond unprofessional, and I’m absolutely livid. even when they have proper response service and good technical team , the admin office is terrible and you do not want to deal with them. they do not have integrity

**Do not trust TRSS Service** – they are ****mers, inconsistent with their charges, and will make up any excuse to take your money. Stay far away from this company!
