TRSS reaction admin office Service is a Complete **** - DO NOT TRUST THEM!** I am beyond furious with TRSS Service. They promised me a **free service**, but now they’re demanding money from me for something that was supposed to be free! When I asked what I’m paying for, they first claimed it was because the technician came multiple times, which is an outright lie – the technician came **once**. When I dispute that, they change their story and say it’s because the technician came **after 15:00**. What kind of ridiculous excuse is that? They clearly have no consistency in their explanations. Then, they tried to charge me for a device that was already fixed. When I questioned that, they suddenly said I only need to pay for the **service**, not the device. It’s all just a bunch of shifting stories to get money from me! And now, to top it all off, **they’re threatening me with court orders** over a service I was promised would be free. Are you kidding me? This is beyond unprofessional, and I’m absolutely livid. even when they have proper response service and good technical team , the admin office is terrible and you do not want to deal with them. they do not have integrity **Do not trust TRSS Service** – they are ****mers, inconsistent with their charges, and will make up any excuse to take your money. Stay far away from this company!
remember not to load your account details on the app because Ubereats and it's driver will eat your food and claim that you were unreachable, even when you waited at the gate for their driver, you will see their app changing from enroute to delivered however the food will never reach you, at that moment you already paid
I have cancelled the building contract with the developer which went well, Then i had to withdraw from my standardbank bond before the bond is registered to my name which went well. but now Betterlife is driving me crazy because they are not cancelling the bond protection i have with them, They are asking for the cancellation letter from standard bank whereas i and the attorneys told them that there is no cancellation letter from the bank because the bond was not yet registered to my name, So the account has been cancelled from Standardbank. I have been paying for the bond protection plan in the last six months. but now i am struggling to get it cancelled and get my refund. all i want is to get my bond protection cancelled because there is no bond protected and get my money back
