Trss ****mers

Yesterday I got a call from trss, they asked me to test my alarm, which I did, they told me it wasn't working, I just tested it now, I knew it was working, becouse I regularly test it, every 3 months or so, they where trying to **** me, trying to force me to either upgrade or repair a functional device. this is a formal complaint... trss how do I trust you now
