We booked a truck for furniture removals from Johannesburg to Durban for the 25th February 2016. The time for truck to arrive was before 10am. At 11h30 the truck had not pitched up. Then my daughter had to go out and find the truck which could not find the address. So they only started packing truck well after 12 noon.<br> At the same time we paid a 50% deposit on the 22 February 2016. I then received an Invoice and Receipt which says balance due on the 8 March 2016. So I thought well this is good business trust, and scheduled the balance for the 1st March 2016. Then during morning delimas my daughter received a call from their sales manager Odessa who says that the truck will not be dispatched or unpacked until balance of money is paid. I then call and point out to them that there is no problem paying the balance today BUT they gave me the choice on the Invoice that I could pay by the 8 March 2016. I called Thabo who tried to tell me that, that means nothing and I am the first to complain. Once the truck is loaded the driver says he is going back to the office and will only leave at 3am. I phone Thabo again and he tells me the truck is on the road which is a lie.
