False Terms and Late arrivals
We booked a truck for furniture removals from Johannesburg to Durban for the 25th February 2016. The time for truck to arrive was before 10am. At 11h30 the truck had not pitched up. Then my daughter had to go out and find the truck which could not find the address. So they only started packing truck well after 12 noon.<br> At the same time we paid a 50% deposit on the 22 February 2016. I then received an Invoice and Receipt which says balance due on the 8 March 2016. So I thought well this is good business trust, and scheduled the balance for the 1st March 2016. Then during morning delimas my daughter received a call from their sales manager Odessa who says that the truck will not be dispatched or unpacked until balance of money is paid. I then call and point out to them that there is no problem paying the balance today BUT they gave me the choice on the Invoice that I could pay by the 8 March 2016. I called Thabo who tried to tell me that, that means nothing and I am the first to complain. Once the truck is loaded the driver says he is going back to the office and will only leave at 3am. I phone Thabo again and he tells me the truck is on the road which is a lie.

Very bad attitude
I requested a quote for moving and this sales consultant sent me a price. I responded and ask if not taking the fridge and some large items would make a difference to the price. The response was \We quote on the size truck we use for out of city moves. We do not do 1 item removals."<br> I did not ask for only one item to be moved. Disgusting response and attitude. <br> """

WARNING - THE STAFF AT COMPANY STEALS FROM YOU
This is the second report i am writing about this company due to their attitude and lack of response to items that were stolen by their staff during our move. i will be writing a report monthly on the regular to fill the internet with complaints about this company and the WARN people to avoid them. A very personal hard drive with all my family photos were stolen from me by this company and they have no sympathy whatsoever. To top it off they cannot read what i written as fragile on boxes and throw them around. we have counted 4 glass item that broke in the move from their carelessness.

goods damaged in transit
I used this company to move furniture from Witbank to Durban. Upon offloading there were many items damaged. When I asked about reimbursement or insurance I was told they not insured for damages.

THE STAFF OF THIS COMPANY STEAL FROM YOU,STAY AWAY
Last Thursday i trusted the company Trucks4hire to pack all my personal belongings into their truck and transport everything from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit. Moving is a big deal for most people and a highly stressful and personal endeavor, especially when moving across large distances. After one of the most draining days of my life i awake the next day on Friday morning and discover my computers hard drive was stolen. On this drive were over 100 gigs of my lifes photos. irreplaceable childhood photos. Personal documents. It is unacceptable for a company that is involved with moving peoples personal items to hire staff that would STEAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. To make matters worse the man in charge, Thabo, has no answers and has now started avoiding me hoping this would go away. The police are now going to get involved and i will spare no resources to find my hard drive or have this company closed down.
