I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism as I have with payfast. They are worse than Telkom. I don't usually go out my way to let the public know about a bad experience but this deserves all the publicity it can get. Over 6 weeks dealing with payfast to verify my business and still receiving emails and requests asking for the same documents and information over and over again. Over 7 days to respond to emails. It seems payfast doesn't even have a team. Every response is sent by a different department that do not communicate. Stay away from this payment processing company. IThere are much better options with 5star services around and it's not worth the risk should a client or yourself need to resolve something down the line.
After numerous attempts to contact a seller, Ydrianne, with regard to my ordered and paid bee-hives i have had unacceptable service from this company. They are representing scams through their portal and do nothing about it. It has been over 8 weeks and i have no product, no refund, and NO joy resolving this matter through their department.
As this is the only way to get answers from telkom I will continue to use hello peter. Once again my internet has been turned off due to call center incompetence. After logging into telkom online I now find 2 accounts? ********** 28 ********** 87 I was in credit of R1500 that was to be applied to my active account which was not done and now my line is suspended due to R970.78 arrears when in fact telkom owe me money. Please have this corrected as a matter of urgency. My internet has been down for over 3 weeks now and dealing through the call center is a waste of time as nothing is ever resolved. This is the last time I am giving telkom a chance to have this resolved.

<p>After my line was migrated from Telkom after no services delivered for over 40 days why am i still receiving messages about a debit order? Telkom OWE me a refund for the month of January and most of December for internet outage!!! My line was cancelled with Telkom and debit order reversed in February. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AS REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES. I URGE YOU TO STOP CONTACTING ME ABOUT A DEBIT ORDER. All details contained in previous complaints below. </p>
