I sent an email to Truda Foods on the 17 February, complaining about one of their products. A follow up email was sent again on the 19th February and still there was no response from the company.
I have made the same complaint to Truda Foods before, regarding the quality control when it comes to 2 of their products. With regards to these two products, it took them over two weeks to address and resolve the query.
