Truecaller forcing unauthorized payment to unwanted subscription

Truecaller stole my money from my bank account forcefully taking payment for unwanted subscription and refusing to refund my money back even after requesting it from Google play stores. This happend when I was not using my phone and my phone was not in my hand so it was not done by a mistake transaction. They don't even allow you to cancel the subscription because their intentions are to force people into subscription.
