The failure by TrueProp - part of the consortium that owns the building are guilty of fraudulent non-disclosure.

If prospective tenants knew the true state of affairs, they would never, ever enter into a lease agreement. Water lies around in the parking lot and this breeds mosquitoes. The plumbing is a mess. Sewerage and other effluent is bot flushed away efficiently.

The owners are, as I have stated, a disreputable bunch of fraudsters and lowlife wannabe property moguls. They are disgraceful and shameless.
