I signed up with Trusc Internet Service Provider (ISP). I paid my first account 5 day before due date and used my residential address as reference where the connection is. On 3/2/25 they sent me an email that due to unpaid account they suspend my service. I sent them proof that I paid 5 days in advance. Now they charge me a connection fee again because they did not make sure of my payment reflecting in their account nor ask me for proof of payment. This practice is unacceptable in the consumer space and leave bitterness in ones mouth. I'll not refer any of my clients or friends to TRUSC ISP ever. I hope this warns any potential client that wants to sign up. I now hear from other clients similar bad experiences with them.
