I recently signed up with TRUSC, for the first few months we had no issues with our internet, but then all of a sudden our internet drops multiple times through the day. After numerous emails of getting them to sort this issue, one of their technicians came out evaluated our set up and said that the issue is not on our side, TRUSC said the issue is with us. Two months after still have the same issue and because they have a contract with the complex we live they are the only provider we can use.

Reached out to have Fibre installed, got a quote and paid in full. After a week, no one of the company reached out, so after multiple emails sent, I finally get a call with a date to install the fibre. On the day of installation, they first go to the incorrect address, then they get to the correct address to only inform me I have to pay in almost R2000 for the installation (this is on top of the R2000 already paid for the contract and installation) It seems to me they are just out to make money and dont have the decency to first look into the property before sending out quotes of installation.

Reached out to have Fibre installed, got a quote and paid in full. I signed up with Trusc Internet Service Provider (ISP). I paid my first account 5 day before due date and used my residential address as reference where the connection is. On 3/2/25 they sent me an email that due to unpaid account they suspend my service. I sent them proof that I paid 5 days in advance. Now they charge me a connection fee again because they did not make sure of my payment reflecting in their account nor ask me for proof of payment. This practice is unacceptable in the consumer space and leave bitterness in ones mouth. I'll not refer any of my clients or friends to TRUSC ISP ever. I hope this warns any potential client that wants to sign up. I now hear from other clients similar bad experiences with them.

Dirty 2nd hand equipment installed for new clients. Don't even have the decency to clean the equipment. Numerous network issues and outages which can take months to sort out.

I had my Wi-Fi installed during July 2024 by Trusc WiGi and had a package of 6mbps which cost R399 per month , but since the installation I have endless problems with connectivity as it is buffering. I contacted them numerous times and was informed that I need to upgrade to 10mbps, which I did and must pay R799-00 per month, but there was no change in the connectivity and it buffers even more now. When I did a speed test it shows the upload speed is 4.3mbps and the internet speed 190Kbps. How can you use the internet and watch tv with these low speeds. I contacted them several times, but their customer service is non-existence. I don't recommend Trusc to anybody.

PATETIESE DIENS!!!! Sukkel nou al van die begin van September met stadige internet. We live on a farm with NO SIGNAL, I am an online student and cannot access any of my work. Their excuse: “We are waiting for parts to repair a link”. They still expect full price by the end of the month. Wi-fi so weak I can’t even send them a message! Would not recommend this service! West Coast Area.
