Outsurance updating policy info was so easy. Speaking to Alice was like speaking with a friend. Laughs and great vibes. I work in customer care training phone associates, and this would have been a top tier contact.
Reached out to have Fibre installed, got a quote and paid in full. After a week, no one of the company reached out, so after multiple emails sent, I finally get a call with a date to install the fibre. On the day of installation, they first go to the incorrect address, then they get to the correct address to only inform me I have to pay in almost R2000 for the installation (this is on top of the R2000 already paid for the contract and installation) It seems to me they are just out to make money and dont have the decency to first look into the property before sending out quotes of installation.
