I recently signed up with TRUSC, for the first few months we had no issues with our internet, but then all of a sudden our internet drops multiple times through the day. After numerous emails of getting them to sort this issue, one of their technicians came out evaluated our set up and said that the issue is not on our side, TRUSC said the issue is with us. Two months after still have the same issue and because they have a contract with the complex we live they are the only provider we can use.
When my mother arrived on Saturday afternoon after the flight was delayed two hours. We discovered that as we unpacked and took all the plastic wrapping from the bag that the big had a golf ball sized hole on the size. When I contacted them via email, I was told that I had to bring the bag to the airport to be fixed and that it's my responsibility to report it to them on the airport. So it doesn't really matter if you wrap your bag, you bag will still be damaged and SAA will not take responsibility for it.
Hi everyone For the past year I've been trying to cancel my telkom account/ line. There is no response on anything I have submitted. If you looking for internet/wifi the way to go is wireless. Telkom sucks!! I will never recommend them to anyone!!
