Trust solar, definitely not trustworthy….

Solar system was installed, not without problems. From the start I questioned whether the inverter they supp**** was approved by COCT, i was told it was in process of getting added. I was even told by the service manager that should it not be approved they will swop it out with an approved one. Talk is cheap, the installation was not!

2.5 years later still not on the approved list. I was told my system will be registered but due to massive backlogs in applications I can expect delays. Since 2023, no feedback. Sent an email again to the owner and staff in April 2025, no feedback. Without any feedback I have no choice but to make my own assumption that my installation cant be registered due to the inverter used not being approved. Would love to be proved otherwise. They should remove the word “Trust” from their name asap, as it is misleading.
