Trust Solar is not to be trusted

In our radio add we state that you can save 80% of your Electricity bill and the system can pay for itself in 5 yrs, which is in fact is 100% correct. Someone, not a client of ours complained to the Advertising board saying this is not true.  Maybe the Installing company they used did not do a proper job or its another Solar company making problems for Trust Solar.  We in turn sent data to the advertising board proving our statement, they said they are not Solar experts so they cant validate our claim we need to get a private consultant to do. Before we could do this they told us to take off our add which we did, the next this we have the Time Live Article about Trust Solar. Now if you go back 2 or 3 months Times Live did a YOU TUBe article and interview with client that have dealt with Trust Solar and other solar companies, stating they are getting over 90% savings proving what we say is 100% correct. 
In your case the system is under preforming, and you need a bigger system, as you have mentioned our technicians have been there a few times to try configuring everything a bit better proving the point that we do look after our clients and that we do answer our aftersales calls. We have 3 Aftersales teams. But as discussed with you we will remove he current system and replace with bigger system. And I believe you are happy with this decision.
