Truvalast: Stay away

I place an order in Jan. 2021. In adverti*****t it was said they deliver to RSA. They started deducting the money from my bank account. Before the next deduction the next month I phoned them. They said delivering of the parcel was delayed. Second en third deduction of more than R 1000 per month went of. Phoned five times and spoke to different people at helpline. I succeeded in stopping the monthly deductions. Three deductions were made from January to March 2021. With great effort I got the last deduction back. I sent two e-mails and again spoke to Allen. She said it is against their policy to refund the payments of January and February. I replied that it was against my policy to except stealing of my money. Therefor this review.
