Complaint

I purchased a cellphone from Truworths at Vaal Mall last year. After only two months of using the phone, the screen went blue and stopped working. I then returned the phone to the store and paid the required service fee so it could be repaired.

When I was later told that the phone was ready for collection, I discovered that the screen was broken. The phone was not in that condition when I handed it in for repairs, which means the damage happened while the phone was in their care.

I have already contacted Truworths customer service and sent emails but I have not received any response or assistance regarding this matter.

I would like Truworths to explain what happened and take responsibility for the damage to my phone. I am asking for this issue to be resolved urgently.
