BAD SERVICE

They don't deserve any of the star they are not worth deserving of it, after making a full payment Lindiwe told us that they will erect the Tombstone on the 31st August, but she said she will call us closer to the day to confirm time of which that never happened, I phoned asking if they were still meeting us on the 31st but the other lady sisNyameka told me that there was some delays and that they didn't want to rush the factory people incase they make a mistake, that was okay with us, but then she phone and gave us the date of the 6th September for 12pm, we took off from work and mind you we went to the cemetery and TS/factory people were there, we called we were told there was a delay by some guy who was rude also he said they will tell us what time they would meet with us later on that day as they not sure but will come, but wow he didn't instead his phone was just ringing when we called him, mind you we lost a full day of work for nothing just to be turned back a waste of our time, petrol and all the distress TS never pitched never phoned us after they said they will call before their office close, after all the msges I send i only got an apology at 19:42pm with a promise that Thursday 8th they will come, sisNyameka said she will call in the morning she never did, then my sister told me Lindiwe called her and said the guys will be at the cemetery at 12:30pm? she still waiting its 14:31 and she's still waiting at Slovo cemetery of which that cemetery is not for not being safe, and TS when we call they keep telling us they on their way since 12pm. don't know if this is how they treat all the costumers but for the 1st time user I'm sure not goin g to use them in future or refer them to anyone. Thank you.
