Driving to kill
Do not use the company unless you are looking for a two in one special “ being killed on the road by their reckless driving . Horrible horrible driver, cuts to people off in the high way with trailer. Puts people’s lives in danger for the sake of business. Would not recommend based on the way they conduct themselves on the road

I wish I had read people’s reviews before going to TS Memorials in Diepkloof. Their service is bad! I had to push for my mom’s tombstone to be erected after I’ve phoned and texted them a million times. Now that it was erected, without being notified that it was up, they did not install the vase and their work was not neat at all. The grout was not corretly put, the tomb was not cleaned off the grout dust & the vase was not installed. Again it’s back and forth of texts and phone calls to have it installed. Yoh! It is tiring. I wish they could take their customers seriously. That’s all!

I wish I had read people’s reviews before going to TS Memorials in Diepkloof. Their service is bad! Wonderful service, patient and professional

Great service, reasonable prices
In July we got a referral from a colleague for the tombstones company, they had just unveiled their fathers tombstone in Nasrec Calgro cemetry. We wanted something similar. We went to their Diepkloof showroom to get quotations , we were happy with the prices. We got great prices for 3 tombstones. they installed all at Vaal in September as discussed for our unveiling. Everyone was complementing us and we were proud of what we did for our grandparents and sister. We appreciate the service we got from Nyameka and TS team. Keep it up

TS TOMBSTONE
With the struggles of getting our late parents tombstone having being erected,TS Memorial finally managed to honor their promise and erected the tombstone, After all that we are Happy and pleased that it is sorted. Thank you.

BAD SERVICE
They don't deserve any of the star they are not worth deserving of it, after making a full payment Lindiwe told us that they will erect the Tombstone on the 31st August, but she said she will call us closer to the day to confirm time of which that never happened, I phoned asking if they were still meeting us on the 31st but the other lady sisNyameka told me that there was some delays and that they didn't want to rush the factory people incase they make a mistake, that was okay with us, but then she phone and gave us the date of the 6th September for 12pm, we took off from work and mind you we went to the cemetery and TS/factory people were there, we called we were told there was a delay by some guy who was rude also he said they will tell us what time they would meet with us later on that day as they not sure but will come, but wow he didn't instead his phone was just ringing when we called him, mind you we lost a full day of work for nothing just to be turned back a waste of our time, petrol and all the distress TS never pitched never phoned us after they said they will call before their office close, after all the msges I send i only got an apology at 19:42pm with a promise that Thursday 8th they will come, sisNyameka said she will call in the morning she never did, then my sister told me Lindiwe called her and said the guys will be at the cemetery at 12:30pm? she still waiting its 14:31 and she's still waiting at Slovo cemetery of which that cemetery is not for not being safe, and TS when we call they keep telling us they on their way since 12pm. don't know if this is how they treat all the costumers but for the 1st time user I'm sure not goin g to use them in future or refer them to anyone. Thank you.

Worst service ever
they do not even deserve a one star.Till date i have paid the whole amount to Sabelo in May the 13th for erection of my husband tombstone,Nothing has been done,He is ignoring my calls.I dont know if he gets rich by ripping off people their hard earned money.Receptionist by the name of Nyameka is just a doll as well with no answers.Sabelo is not even saying i will erect ,He is just quiet.I wish i could know where else to report such hypocrytical service , as i now need my money back not his service
