Unhappy client
I wish I had read people’s reviews before going to TS Memorials in Diepkloof. Their service is bad! I had to push for my mom’s tombstone to be erected after I’ve phoned and texted them a million times. Now that it was erected, without being notified that it was up, they did not install the vase and their work was not neat at all. The grout was not corretly put, the tomb was not cleaned off the grout dust & the vase was not installed. Again it’s back and forth of texts and phone calls to have it installed. Yoh! It is tiring. I wish they could take their customers seriously. That’s all!

Truworths Over promised and under delivered
Bad customer service after I had requested for my online order to be delivered @ the Maponya mall store. I received an sms notification stating that my online order was ready for collection at Maponya Truworths on the 23rd of December 2020 then went to go collect on the 24th of December 2020 at the store. To my suprise, the store did not have my parcel and was told that I must come back on Monday since the couriers usually delivers later than the sms notification date. I'm so disappointed in Truworths as I had also called the ecommerce help line and spoke to Aphiwe who promised to call me back and still did not. Online shopping was supposed to be a convenience but Truworths turned it into a nigtmare for me the day before Christmas!
