Bad Service

I bought a 2L cold drink and when I got to the table that we were sitting at with my friends I was asked to return it since it was not cold. Immediately I returned it for a refund but Phumla refused to give me my refund and advised me to call her manager and I was advised that the manager is at the main building. I asked her to give me the receipt she also refused saying I should have taken the receipt at the time of purchase.<br> She started swearing at me using vulgar words and threatening me in front of customers and she said she will call her boys to come and wait for me by the gate and kill me.
