Tshenolo PI ****s too.

I requested assisted in searching for an address of a mobile number that ****med ofR10k money since they cannot fully investigate cases lower than the value of R50k. They promised me an address that the number is operating from, but not live tracing, I agreed, requested an invoice for the service to make payment, which I did. after sharing the POP, i received the T's and C's which stated that my money is non-refundable no matter the outcome... NB After I received the invoice and paid. I had to follow up on the tracking for days before they started on my case, they then sent me a 10sec app trace an ID number linked to the number, which is not what I requested, furthermore the video just says tracing in process not that there is no information, it also states that credentials were entered incorrectly which no formal tracking report to outline the leads and investigation process. Their customer care agent is impatient with me, with people talking in the background disrupting the communication, being told that they have rendered the service and i need to pay more money for assistance. Another story is that the number, which is visible on their profiles, that sent the invoice was a ****mer number, yet the bank account information is correct. I would not recommend this organization for ordinary citizens but rather for political affiliation people with power but not for ordinary people, the people that ****med me are still using the same number to **** other people working hard for their money. Tshenolo PI is only effective at face value promoting the protection of everyday South Africans but they are no better. Why send me T's and C's stating that my money is non-refundable after making payment?
