Tshiamiso Trust poor response

Tshiamiso Trust is very poor to respond. I tried calling the call centre at 0801000240 to make a booking. My call was not answered. I sent a 'Please Call Me' sms to 072 557 8077 and still no call back after over a weeks. I sent Whatsapp messages to 078 504 9004 and the automated service has not been able to help.

I emailed info@tshiamisotrust.com and the person (who refused to identify themselves by name) said that my details have been passed to the call centre. No response has been received from the call centre.

Tshiamiso Trust, please advise where your claim lodgement offices are located in South Africa (Gauteng).
