Horrible Service

Horrible services Took my car for a water pump repairs. According to them it was fixed but the error kept on coming up Vilosh then said I should keep topping up water which I did. But then the car started to overheating and damaged the engine. Took it back for them to fix they *** job as they should have diagnosed the car for them to pick up that it wasn't a faulty water pump instead oil pump which causes the engine to fail. My question remains why did they not pick it up instead of replacing parts that did not require fixing. Then to top it up the insurance cover R18k and she expects R18k from me ontop of that. I have been requesting foe a quote from the start and only when the insurance confirmed how much they will pay out then only she sends out the quote. Then I advised I don't have R18k you can take your strip money and I take me car. She refused to release my car and also take the R18k for doing nothing as the strip money as per the quote came to R8055. Then why take the rest of the money for doing nothing but striping the car only. No where are they acknowledge that we in this situation because they diagnosed wrong.

Never take your car there very dodge and not transparent at all until the last minute.
