Horrible services Took my car for a water pump repairs. According to them it was fixed but the error kept on coming up Vilosh then said I should keep topping up water which I did. But then the car started to overheating and damaged the engine. Took it back for them to fix they *** job as they should have diagnosed the car for them to pick up that it wasn't a faulty water pump instead oil pump which causes the engine to fail. My question remains why did they not pick it up instead of replacing parts that did not require fixing. Then to top it up the insurance cover R18k and she expects R18k from me ontop of that. I have been requesting foe a quote from the start and only when the insurance confirmed how much they will pay out then only she sends out the quote. Then I advised I don't have R18k you can take your strip money and I take me car. She refused to release my car and also take the R18k for doing nothing as the strip money as per the quote came to R8055. Then why take the rest of the money for doing nothing but striping the car only. No where are they acknowledge that we in this situation because they diagnosed wrong. Never take your car there very dodge and not transparent at all until the last minute.

My wedding date were on the 28th March 2020 but due to lockdown the wedding were postponed to the 7th Nov 2020. So it all started with being invited for a food tasting on our arrival there were no food for tasting. Two weeks before our wedding in March we got told the deco are not cover there is an additional cost. In June we notified Jacques that we would like to cancel the wedding we received no feedback i sent a follow up email in July. After calling him he got his assistant Beaunette emailing us advising that they will be taking 80% of our money and only refund 20% as per the terms and conditions on the contract but it came across as an excuse using Corvid we all have been impacted by Corvid. August my partner emailed Beaunette explaining our last conversation with Jacque before the epidemic. After following up numerous times On the 17th Oct Beaunette agreed to send me the invoice on the 2de Dec i followed up on the 4th and 17th Dec with no response the number just rings. On the 22 Dec i got very sick and had to be admitted for an emergency operation to be done the 23rd Dec we got advised that there is a co-payment which we did not have. So my cousin decided to call Jacques to ask when payment will be done he's response were i will deal with it on Monday 27th Dec as he is on a "WELL DESERVED HOLIDAY". Thanks God to family i managed to undergo the operation. I regret my decision choosing 23OnRiverside as my wedding venue they sell you what you want to see but when it comes to deliver its a different story. Jacque i hope you enjoyed your WELL DESERVED HOLIDAY
