Rude nurse towards maternity patients ward 4

Tshwane district hospital ward 4 post natal ward. I have heard of rude health care workers but this experience was worse. A health care worker on night shift for 21 September 2025 physical description tall slim female. Was extremely disrespectful towards patients in the ward this specific night and acted in a very unprofessional manner too.no matter what the case may be I don't think the department of health would pride themselves of such conduct. She was rude disrespectful and by her rude behavior put a baby's life at risk by rudely taking a baby from it's mother to do who knows what. Telling the mother that she has no plan for the crying child instead she is watching the cry as if it was a freak show . This lady must be called to order she has no manners of kindness she gives nurses a bad name she feels like she has too much authority when on duty I didn't get her name but she was absolutely terrible
