Tshwane District Hospital

My suster was admitted to the hospital as she had a infection, she is 59 years old, she has Dementia, they put her on sycotic medication Lord only know why. They did not feed her at all as she needs assistance to be fed, tied her to the bed, every time we visited they had a new story, her health deteriated badly. Her nappy was not changed regualary. After I decided to sign ger out on Section 27(1)b not complying the the National health code because of mailnutrition, her whole body covered in bruises and black marks, her left eye had a massive bump and was blue. Only to descover when we reach home she had a bed soar as big as a dinner plate. The was beeding badly, after we ask them if she had a bed soar, as per info from a nother patient. Also cinfirming that the did not feed her. She is now critical at home with a massive soar, I will never in my life take her back to that hospital even now in ger critical state. Nursing staff are just sitting and chatting doining not a **** thing to assist. The poor drs can prescribe the best medisin under the sun, the problem is not the drs its the nursing staff.
