I have sent urgent emails regarding my Time Share, for the last 5 months, and if fact the last 5 years, I have been ignored by Beacon island hotel Timeshate staff. Again now in 2020 I have called, emailed with no response from BI. The only correspondance is the monthly bill stating that a additional fee will apply if not paid 90 days in advance. Hello..so they need never respond and can still charge customers a fee, why would they ever reply....This, in not way, is Fair Business Practice I totally agree with the other complaint posted, as per below.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BRING MY FAMILY BACK HERE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! And will pass ON this horrible experience of mine through many social platforms... as it is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.
